These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the FixuTech Alerts Monitoring Alert Notifications SMS program, operated by Patrick Conroy.
Monitoring Alert Notifications
If you opt in, you may receive automated transactional text messages associated with connected monitoring equipment. Messages may concern monitored conditions, fault events, status changes, restoration or cleared conditions, system testing, or other service-related notices.
Message frequency varies based on monitored events and system activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After a valid opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message and then no further messages from this program unless you opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase or use.
Carrier availability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier networks, device availability, and systems outside our control.
Authorized use
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use the notification service only for lawful monitoring purposes. If a mobile number changes or is reassigned, the recipient should update or withdraw consent as appropriate.
No emergency service
The Monitoring Alert Notifications program is not an emergency communications service and should not be relied upon as the sole notification method for life-safety, fire, medical, security, or other emergency events.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service evolves or as carrier, legal, or operational requirements change.
